1. What areas do you service?

We currently serve Calgary and the surrounding communities and acreages
throughout the region. If you're unsure whether your property falls within our
coverage area, just reach out—we're happy to help. We're also planning to expand to additional areas in the near future, so stay tuned!

2. How long does an appraisal take?

We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency. Residential appraisals are typically
completed within 24 hours of the property inspection. Need it faster? We offer priority service for rush files, often delivering same-day results. Turnaround times may vary slightly based on volume and property type, but fast, reliable service is always our standard.

3. What types of appraisals do you offer?

We provide residential and commercial appraisals for mortgage financing, refinancing, and legal matters(including divorce and estate settlements), private lending, tax-related purposes, and many other valuation requirements.

4. Who can order an appraisal?

Appraisals can be ordered by lenders, mortgage brokers, lawyers, accountants, or
individual property owners.

5. What is the cost of an appraisal?

Pricing depends on the type and location of the property. For a quote, please contact us directly, and we’ll provide a clear estimate.

6. Is your team licensed and certified?

Yes. All our appraisers are certified members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
(AIC) and adhere to its professional standards.

7. What’s the difference between a market appraisal and a real estate assessment?

A market appraisal reflects the current market value of a property based on recent
sales and property condition. A municipal assessment is done for tax purposes and
may not accurately reflect market value.

8. Can I get a copy of the appraisal report?

If you ordered and paid for the appraisal, yes. If the appraisal was ordered through a lender or broker, the report is their property, and you'll need to request it from them.
